La Punta de l'Aigua is a mountain located near Paüls, in the Lower Ebro region, Catalonia. It is one of the most prominent peaks in the area and is part of the 100 Peaks challenge of the Federation of Hiking Entities of Catalonia (FEEC).

Serra de Pàndols is a mountain range that forms part of the Catalan Prelittoral Range. It is distributed between the municipalities of Gandesa and Pinell de Brai in Terra Alta, its maximum elevation is Punta Alta, with an altitude of 704 meters.

Mountain that is at 707 meters and that is in the Sierra de Solsida. The top of the mountain is located on a stone table and is flat on the upper side. Surrounded by cliffs.

The Coll de la Gilaberta is a traditional pass in the mountains between Paüls and Horta de San Joan. In the meadow of the hill there are metal posts with directions and it is the beginning of the mythical ascent of the Punta del Agua. The beginning of the ascent passes between some curious pine trees and immediately there are some steps through rock to a small hill that seems to have been excavated between two large boulders. The main trail continues straight on towards the head of the Vacarissal ravine. The trail turns to the left (east) and ascends a calcareous spur marked with stone milestones to the top. This section without good visibility can be dangerous. The trail ends at the small plateau of Punta del Agua (1,098 m), there are some rocks and several trees but there is no geodesic vertex, although the views are stunning.

At the first fork in the path, you can take a shortcut directly through a spur in the land to the path that climbs to the geodesic vertex of Tossal d'Engrilló (1,073 m), planted right on the edge of the precipices of the west face. The views are magnificent. The summit is the last southern level of the Natural Park of Els Ports that exceeds a thousand meters of altitude.

The view is tremendous, the landscape is dotted with peaks and green valleys. A bit of scrambling is the order of the day, good shoes are recommended.

Due to the location, the building is being renovated. Access via the grand staircase with a large portal,. There is a sign on the door offering guided tours by reservation.

It is one of the highest peaks. it can be reached by the track or by footpath. Being more than 1000 meters you have to be warm especially if it is not summer as the low temperature and wind are noticeable
