Despite its classification, the trail is quite easy to do either way, especially in dry weather. There is only one point, where depending on the degree of expertise, it may be necessary to pass with the bicycle by hand. The trail is beautiful, almost always very close to the lake's waterline.

It is possible to go around almost the entire Óbidos Lagoon, using the Várzea da Rainha cycle path.

Ideal place for gravel, Óbidos Lagoon is great to enjoy contact with nature, a swim or picnic, and even easily spot flamingos!
