Very dusty in front and lots of ash from the fireplace. But easy to get to.

It has a good water source. Garbage bin and a dry toilet. During high season it can be overcrowded by campervans taking over the spot completely.

Åsjön shelter is one of my favorite shelters in the area. It has a beautiful view over the lake. A good fireplace and great surrounding nature.

Good shelter. Acess to water (tho it’s not the cleanest or best tasting water filter is recommended) decent fireplace. A pretty newly built dry toilet and a garbage bin. Not a bad place to spend the night.

To rest, linger or pitch a tent. There was a fire / grill place there. Absolute silence.

at certain intervals there are overnight cabins along the way, which are maintained by the respective homesteaders.
