The start at the hut is along the stream with a wonderful path and many motifs

Another note. If you have a tent and the time. I would go to Grytered resting spot instead. It’s only 1km away. And EVERYTHING is better at that spot.

A shelter that is in a very poor state. It’s just a shelter with a fireplace. Roof is leaking, the view over the lake can’t be seen from the shelter.

Another great shelter along västra vätterleden. Beautiful place, well maintained with a fireplace, toilet and a garbage bin. Great quality on the water. The place is accessible by car, with a walk last part of 250m. Great sized parkingspot. Using the fireplace you have to bring your own wood. It is not allowed to gather material for the fire inside the nature reserve itself.
