The climb through the forests offers an incredible experience for e-bike lovers. The paths take you uphill, surrounded by dense vegetation that unfolds along narrow gorges and valleys. These paths are usually cool and shaded, providing an ideal environment for an e-bike ride during the warmer months. The combination of Mediterranean vegetation, rocks and mountainous terrain offers spectacular views as you ascend, rewarding the effort with unique panoramas when you reach the top. The way up (and especially down) from the end of the gorge near the waterfall after the bridge is NOT for the faint of heart. You need strength and sure footing. If you travel in a group and/or if people are coming towards you, you need to know that stones will get knocked loose.

The Salt del Fitó is a 60 meter high waterfall in the municipality of La Jonquera, in the Alt Empordà, in the Albera Natural Park of National Interest. Considered the highest waterfall in the Eastern Pyrenees, it forms part of the upper reaches of the Llobregat d'Empordà river basin. Mention has been made of it since 1887, when the writer Carles Bosch de la Trinxeria described the course of the river and the waterfall known as Salt d'en Fitó in his book Memories of a Wanderer.
