Very nice place where you can also take a shower if you are bivouacking in the neighboring area. The team is young and very friendly, the food is excellent. Go for it!

A wonderful welcome at the Refuge des Clos, a short stop with an omelet and croque-monsieur. Excellent, I recommend it.

A very cozy inn with young, excellent cooks. A lovely place for a cup of coffee or a drink. You can also enjoy a delicious dinner. Choose a spot on the terrace or in the cozy indoor area. Also nice: staying in a private room or in the small dormitory. More info: www.auberge-du-savel.eatbu.com

This little "secret garden", as the managers of the refuge describe it, is located above Lake Chambon, in the Écrins. The refuge has a capacity of 19 places, divided into two dormitories and has dry toilets outside. You can also enjoy a catering service all day long. Refuge de Jasse, very clean ONF refuge with the possibility of sleeping up to 10 people. Quite well insulated. and the view is just incredible 🤩 I recommend this magnificent place to sleep or just take a break from your hike with a very beautiful view. Between the mountains and the waterfalls it’s very calming!
