The Industrial Spain Park with a large lake is located between the Sants and Hostafrancs districts, in the Sants-Montjuïc district.

In summer it is very good due to the shadows there are. A beautiful place, a little haven of peace. A fountain that was part of a farmhouse in the area and is an entrance to the mountain.

The park is inspired by the four primordial elements: water, earth, fire and air.3 Along the Paseo de San Antonio, tall lighting towers border the park, from which some steps lead to an artificial lake, which is you can go by boat. The office building of the old factory, Casa del Mig, which is currently a youth center, is preserved. The park also has a sports center, ping-pong tables and a children's play area.

It was built in 1985 by the architects Luis Peña Gantxegi, Antón Pagola and Monserrat Ruiz, on the land left vacant by Industrial Spain, a former textile factory founded in 1847 and moved to Mollet del Vallès in 1972. The park was thoroughly renovated in 2009. Currently, the dragon slide of the Industrial Spain has bars that cut the entrance to the inside of the structure.

The Industrial Spain Park is located between the Sants and Hostafrancs districts, in the Sants-Montjuïc district of the city of Barcelona, next to the Barcelona-Sants railway station. [1]

Hydraulic infrastructure built at the head of the Vallvidrera stream, the most important watercourse in the Collserola mountain range, collects the rains from a territory of about 135 hectares of this mountain range. The dam began to be built in 1850 with the aim of guaranteeing the water supply to the old municipality of Sarrià.
