This section of the hike was most exciting. WE have done our hike in January, so it was not so crowded. In any case, if you are going to visit this place, better make a slot reservation online. If you do not have enough time for walking recommended by Komodo route, there is an option to park your car very close to this section. In any case, try to do this hike before noon. In afternoon - the section is too busy and it is difficult to find a parking slot.

Anticlockwise tour resulting in more difficult descent of the head of the vally. Possibly safer if undertaken clockwise, Ascent or descent in wet weather would be potentially dangerous due to wet rock and steep slippery mud sections.

Impressive views of the Sierra de Penya Blanca, which owes its name to the color of its steep vertical walls that draw a lot of attention. Along the way you will be able to appreciate it from different points of view, each one more beautiful than the other.

The viewpoint offers a very nice view of the Relleu dam and reservoir. This is the starting point of the footbridge that goes into the gorge.
