These days, everyone probably has a smartphone with them. Windbreaks and rock erosion often require adjustments to the planned route. With navigation and the cairns, this is easily manageable.

One of the "classics". Great! A must for every Mallorca hiking lover - magnificent nature, magnificent views! The starting point of our hike was the Cuber reservoir. After 90 minutes of relaxed hiking you reach Coll L'Ofre. Then it's steeper but shorter to the summit (cairns and blue splashes of color throughout). You can then descend via the easier path towards Puig de na Franquesa.

I can confirm that. Only accessible with a GPS. Additionally, the path is barely visible due to wind damage. The cairns help, though.

You should bring sure-footedness if you want to go up here. The path is sometimes good and sometimes bad. No signs, but the cairns show the way. Took a wrong turn once, otherwise it was obvious. At the top I would rate the stone slabs as a danger in wet weather - quite doable in dry weather. The view is fantastic and makes up for everything!

No marked trail, just scattered cairns. Walk only with GPS.

Difficult trail as there is no real marking or trail. Only fairly scattered cairns should show you the way, which is sometimes very difficult. I wouldn't recommend the trail without a GPS. We got lost a few times.

When the weather is good, a hike over Sa Rateta, Na Franquesa and l'Ofre offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Good surefootedness is absolutely necessary up here.

From Puig Gros you have a wonderful view all the way to Palma. On the way to Puig Gros, there are also caves to be seen (from the outside, not accessible).
