와흐테베케‬에서 가장 멋진 ‪10‬개의 동굴

시청은 1977년부터 리펜스 성(Kasteel Lippens)에 자리 잡고 있으며, 이 성은 1879년 히폴리트 드 케르코브-덱사르드-리펜스(Hippolyte de Kerckhove – D’Exaerde – Lippens) 부인과 아우구스트 리펜스(August Lippens), 에우겐 리펜스(Eugeen Lippens) 씨의 의뢰로 지어졌습니다. 본관 옆에는 이전 경비원 숙소가 있으며, 이곳은 2011년까지 경찰서로 사용되었습니다. 앞쪽의 문은 린데플라츠(Lindeplaats)로 이어지며, 이곳에는 아우구스트 리펜스(August Lippens) 씨의 동상이 있습니다. 성 뒤편에는 성곽으로 둘러싸인 성 공원이 있으며, 오늘날에는 뫼르베케의 공공 시립 공원으로 사용되고 있습니다. 잔디 광장에는 드 케르코브-덱사르드-리펜스(de Kerckhove – D’Exaerde – Lippens) 부인을 기리는 동상이 있습니다. 출처: moerbeke.be/bestuur-en-beleid/over-moerbeke/bezienswaardigheden/familie-lippens/kasteel-lippens

Formerly known as "Kasteel Van Geeterayen" (according to an old postcard) with associated park with ponds. Former country house built by doctor M. Van Geeteruyen from Lokeren as a replacement or as an extension of a house built in 1870 on the same site by notary Van Landeghem from Lokeren. Large villa in eclectic style remarkable for its monumental character, picturesque appearance and remarkable mixture of building characteristics derived from timber and half-timbered construction, art nouveau and traditional country house architecture. Both the castle and the coach house have been managed by the Centre for Youth Tourism (CJT) since 1981. Situated in a green area of 60 ha, this is an ideal place to stay for groups of young people. https://verlorenbos.be/nl/

The Verloren Bos borders the area De Buylaers, but unlike the Buylaers this is a former drifting sand area. In 1899-1900 the Kasteel Verloren Bos was built here, and the Verloren Bos is actually the park of the castle. This park was designed in landscape style and included a number of ponds, a folly and an ice cellar.

The Castle is a villa built in 1899 by industrialist Gonzales Cock, where you can still experience some of the grandeur of the past here and there: the beautiful mosaic in the entrance hall of the castle, the wooden floor - decorated with beautiful motifs - or the authentic cellar vaults, to name just a few elements.
