Here you will find some simple accommodations (hiker huts and safari tents) for a short staycation. There is also a so-called "Bird House" that is used for Expedition Extraordinary, a 3-day walking tour "for adventurous families with children from 8 years old" as the municipality of Balen describes it. Beautifully situated and more than just a wall: it is a great house and therefore certainly suitable for shelter. It has a sliding door and offers a surprising number of benches and viewing areas despite the fact that it looks small. Here you have a full view of the water.
