The Nesso Gorge, the highlight of the place and probably the most famous on Lake Como.

Beautiful road on the lake, from Nesso you take the famous climb towards Colma di Sormano, and there is also a very beautiful ravine.

Along the route of the old Tramway you come across the "Bottini Bridge", from which you can admire the view of a deep ravine dug by the Cosia stream which forms the so-called "bottini waterfall". The bridge was inaugurated on June 9, 2002. At this same point in 1955 the bridge that joined the hamlets of Camnago and Solzago, allowing the river to be crossed, collapsed due to intense rain. A landslide came off the mountain and ended up in the Cosia stream. An enormous mass of water came out of the banks of the stream, hit the valley and swept away some houses. This tragedy is remembered as "The little Vajont of Tavernerio".

The Baggero Oasis is the result of the environmental recovery of a large area previously used for mining, located between the municipalities of Merone, Monguzzo, Lambrugo and Lurago d'Erba. Started in 1970, the redevelopment process led to the creation of two lakes in old marl extraction excavations. The area offers pedestrian paths, cycle paths, a children's play area and an innovative Stellar Oasis for astronomical observation. The old cement plant warehouse was converted into a "Park Center" inaugurated in 2015, equipped with classrooms, conference room and a hostel with bar/refreshment area. The Baggero Oasis is also a starting point for exploring the Lambro Valley Park, offering initiatives to experience and discover the natural beauty of the area. It is located in Merone, with access from via Cesare Battisti.

The most evocative part of the Nesso ravine is certainly the famous Civera bridge, symbol of this place. The ravine is formed by two rivers that converge, the Tuf and the Nosé, which form a steep waterfall that ends up in the waters of the lake.

The Cam waterfall is a very fascinating place that can be reached by traveling along the entire Sort Sentee, unfortunately given the low rainfall in recent years the waterfall has dried up a bit, but in periods when rainfall is abundant it is truly wonderful .

The ravine of Nesso is visible from Piazza Castello or from the medieval bridge also known as the Civera bridge, on the shore of Lake Como. The Orrido is formed by the confluence of two streams: Tuf and Nosè, which, falling between the rocks, form a steep waterfall; the difference in height from the beginning of the waterfall to the waters of the Lario is about 200 meters, a path between narrow and deep gorges, shaped by the incessant flow of the waters.
