Very beautiful castle and town

The Torrazzo, a 13th-century building, is essentially Villarbasse's castle: minimalist, practically a cube, it served as the fortified garrison protecting the town. Now privately owned, it can't be visited inside, but it's impressive from the outside too. It's a bit off the beaten track, so you have to go there specifically, but it's worth the effort.

Beautiful little village, at the crossroads of several roads on the moraine hill, both on asphalt and on dirt. If you go to the moraine hill you pass by it, you might as well enjoy it.

Really beautiful. Must see.

Even if it is almost in ruins, it still retains its charm.

My father was born on this farm in 1932. They went to school both in summer and winter, always on foot, and occasionally on a horse-drawn cart driven by my grandfather.
