Unfortunately, the direct descent from Dumbier is closed. You have to make a detour via Krupova hola.

Summer 2020: New operators, food and accommodation costs. Meeting point for quite a few hikers, especially at weekends, then quite loud and restless at night. The hut fills up quickly, tents can be rented for a fee. Reservations are also recommended for them. Thick blankets are free. Water, washing at the stream, small privacy screen. Food at a small bar - hot soups, kofola and pivo. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you should move on to one of the designated campsites on the ridge. Location and view fantastic - in the middle between crippled pines on a ridge. Therefore also quite cold at night.
