Triebischsee in the Tharandt Forest. Information: An artificial pond created towards the end of the 20th century. The Triebisch River is dammed here. Weary hikers can rest on comfortable benches along the water's edge and observe dragonflies and other aquatic life. Water lilies also adorn the surface.

The Seerenteich is a former raft pond on the Dresden – Werdau railway line in the Tharandter Forest in Saxony. It was built in the Seerenbachtal as a water reservoir for the Weißeritz rafting company, later served for local recreation and is now used for fish farming.
