What a lovely idea! Almost out of nowhere you come to a forest hut, where there is a large cool box with chilled drinks, sweets and sausages from Ruth Stich's farm for self-service.

The award-winning sausage salad is just _a_ integral part of the delicious, hearty and sweet menu at Besenbeiz Remel, which is picturesquely situated in the middle of meadows and forest above Kleinlüzel. Easily accessible on foot and by bike. Fine range of local beers and wines. Very warm and hard-working hosts. Opening hours all year round on weekends from 11am until late in the evening.
