The castle is a little uniod. The main tower is the heart of the patrician palace and also the oldest part of the complex. Jegenstor Castle is open to the public and houses a museum. Events, celebrations, events or weddings can also be held here. The castle park is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the May to October season. Outside the season, the park is freely accessible from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The castle café also only invites you to linger during the season.
