You can catch a glimpse of the lake through the trees, at least in autumn. You might even be able to go down to the lake in the summer months, but it was quite a wet meadow and better not to enter without rubber boots

Lake Flakket was created in connection with the construction of the port of Anholt (1899–1902). The current lake was created by the changed flow conditions. As many birds breed in the area, public access is not permitted. You are also welcome to walk along the beach and get very close to the area.
