Magnificent view and great scenery

Yes, it's muddy and impassable, but still dramatic high above the fjord, and the view of the glacier-carved peaks is truly 😊 amazing. Non-slip and, if possible, waterproof shoes 👟 are a must.

A somewhat more difficult route (narrow but passable path), but: completely quiet, no other people

Hi, we did the tour on June 24th, 2024, and I consider myself an experienced hiker. But whoever created this tour as easy should seriously consider whether people with children would go up there. But they definitely won't manage that, there are places that are more than a meter high that have to be overcome by climbing. So be careful for people who are not so fit, think carefully, in my opinion the tour is classified as difficult. Best wishes Gerold

From Sollifjellet you have a beautiful view of the fjord and Preikestolen. In contrast to Preikestolen, there are only a few people around.
