Štrkovecké lake[1] is a lake in Ružinov in Bratislava. It is a valuable urban-architectural element of the Bratislava-Ružinov district. At the same time, in the early 1990s, the lake had heavily polluted water, unimproved banks, and it was considered to dispose of it by filling it in.
