The mountain bike tour leads from Villach through the Ossiacher Tauern mountains along secondary roads, cycle paths, and forest trails, offering many wonderful views of the lake and the Landskron Castle ruins. The tour is well signposted and only moderately challenging! From the Tauern Teich, you can head either towards Köstenberg or towards Lake Ossiach!

Relatively little traffic and always cool even on very hot summer days!

Challenging climb, absolutely not suitable for children and/or dogs. Extremely boring return, dirt road with no view.

If you want it challenging, you're on the right track here!

If you want something a little more challenging, this is the place for you!

Nice piece of hiking with quite a few height differences along the river. Here and there a staircase, but otherwise mainly natural materials are used.

steeper than expected :)

This valley is easy to walk through. The upper piece runs well laid out over steps. In the lower part you walk nicely in the shadow of the Falkertspitze. Great landscape.
