A fish ladder was built around the old, massive weir. The waterfall through the weir is beautiful. You can walk around in the gravel bed below.

Currently only accessible by climbing from Hotterloch, there are trees lying across the way!

A very nice running route, perfect for a short cross-country run. The centerpiece is the section along the Rotach with the historic dam as the highlight. If it has rained, waterproof running shoes are recommended as the ground is really deep.

Be careful, some trees are damaged or are in the landslide area. I wouldn't go through it if there was strong wind.
