The path is now partially overgrown with blackberry bushes, grasses, and nettles, and there are some tree trunks to climb over! So, it's beautifully natural! Sturdy footwear is recommended on muddy and rooty paths! Tick alert!

Truly wild. Almost like a real jungle. But be careful; it's not very easy to walk.

At the upper entrance, the barrier boards were placed so close together that no bike could fit through. Not without reason, because the hiking trail in the gorge is muddy enough in places as it is. But it's really fun to walk.

In Rotenzimmern, at the end of Täbingerstr. the Waldenbachschlucht begins. The climb is approx. 1.2 km long and has to overcome almost 100 m in altitude.

Coming from the mouth, the Schlichemtal is a wonderful valley to walk through. The path is very varied. The “finale” and also the highlight is of course the section in the gorge.
