The circular route is very beautiful and well signposted. But you can also spontaneously take a different route; there are many good paths here and it is almost impossible to get lost. There are a few places to sit and rest at the first large pond with the stilt house, but there are a few at the other ponds.

You can even get here with a stroller or walker! So pack up the kids and grandma and drive here! Just park in Paska and take the direct route to the viewpoint. Benches to rest are here!

The Mooshäuschen is a dreamlike rest hut! The walls are stuffed with moss, there is a bench inside with a view through a hut-wide open "window" to the Saale loop, meadows and forests. Just beautiful, I can hardly go on...

A magnificent vantage point that even has the right orientation for a perfect sunset. The Saale loop below is impressive. The small paths all around make hiking a lot of fun.

In the stilt house at the house pond you will learn something about the history of the house, the lakes, who created them and how they were managed and how they are still used for fishing today. Most of the lakes are connected by ditches. The stilt house is open every Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m
