The Schachtbaude was opened in 1975 on the site of the former Muldenstein open-cast mine. In the style of a mountain hut, it is designed entirely in wood and immediately exudes comfort. In the summer months, meals are also served on the terrace. From inside and outside, guests have a wide view of the Mulde reservoir. The restaurant is dedicated to Dutch and German cuisine. As the name suggests, the speciality here is Pannenkoek in a wide variety of variations. The Schachtbaude "Pannenkoek" is the ideal place to take a culinary break after a hike or bike ride in the Dübener Heide.

A unique event location for getting married or for conferences directly on the Goitzsche Our highlight and unique in Central Germany is our 200-year-old alpine hut from Tyrol. We didn't eat here, so I can't contribute anything to that either. However, the prices have increased. The sight counts.

Quite hidden hut a little above the Muldestausees, which is ideal for a short stop here. There are two wooden benches in front of the hut and there is also a "fireplace", but I doubt that this is official. Please do not have an open fire when it is dry.
