Halberstädter See, we wanted to explore. The bathing establishment is still closed but you can enter the area. The buildings are old but functional. A beautiful facility. It looks different with the two lakes in the back ... A lot of rubbish and dirt, some of them very old. people leave everything from disposable barbecues to toiletries. There are no rubbish bins or containers there either, but personal responsibility counts. At the rear lakes we very often came across FFK sun worshipers who then felt disturbed by us normal strollers! Why? The use of cross-motorcycles across the field also seems to be common here. Well the bathing establishment is ok, the rest is unfortunately very littered.

Nice vantage point with a beautiful view over the lake. There is also a restaurant.

Great bike path around the lake. There is a great adventure playground for the little ones nearby. We recommend.
