할버슈타트 근처의 플라터마우스회흘레(박쥐 동굴)와 특징적인 사암 절벽 지형은 하르츠 전지의 클루스베르게 지역에 위치해 있습니다. 특히 부드러운 사암의 작은 틈과 동굴에서 박쥐는 이상적인 피난처를 찾기 때문에 이 지역은 그 이름을 얻게 되었습니다. 아름다운 하이킹 코스가 기괴한 바위들을 지나 바로 이어집니다. 황혼 무렵 박쥐를 관찰하고 동시에 바위, 숲, 전망대가 있는 특별한 „할버슈타터 슈바이츠“를 경험하기에 완벽한 장소입니다.

Schäferhöhle는 Halberstadt 남쪽의 Klusbergen에 위치하며 작은 사암 동굴과 암석 지형 네트워크의 일부입니다. 특히 흥미로운 점은 이 동굴들 중 다수가 자연적으로 생성된 것이 아니라, 과거에 사람들이 부드러운 사암에 부분적으로 파서 만든 것이라는 사실입니다. 일부는 단순한 대피소나 은둔자의 거처로 사용되었습니다.

암스베르크(Amsberg) 근처 길 아래 작은 동굴은 숨겨진 사진 찍기 좋은 장소이며 하이킹 중 잠시 쉬어가기 좋은 곳입니다. 길 바로 옆에 있으며 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 하지만 특히 비가 온 후에는 땅이 미끄러울 수 있으므로 튼튼한 신발을 신는 것이 좋습니다.
