The Falkenberg Hut is picturesquely situated above Dienheim in Rheinhessen and is a popular rest stop along the RheinTerrassenWeg (Rhine Terrace Trail). It was donated by the Dienheim Development Community and offers stunning views of Oppenheim, Dienheim, and the Rhine Valley through two large panoramic windows. The hut is ideal for a break during a hike or bike ride – quietly located, with beautiful views, and surrounded by vineyards. It's a perfect place to pause for a moment and enjoy the scenery.

Out of the blue you suddenly stand in front of this memorial stone with the "hut". A welcome change in the somewhat monotonous environment.

Forsthaus and neighboring buildings are in good external condition. Worth seeing stone foundation with stairs. A large deer antler can be seen above the staircase under a gable.

The Falkenberghütte offers a nice place to rest on the Rheinterrassenweg above Dienheim. It was donated by the Dienheim development community. From the top you have a wonderful view of the vineyards and the Rhine Valley and even as far as the Odenwald. The two panoramic windows point to Oppenheim and Dienheim.
