The town of Baumholder has two huts with barbecue areas in the "Gärtel": the "Waldhaus" and the "Nöhringhütte". Both cabins are equipped with toilets. The forest house also has a generator that is used for power supply, lighting and toilet flushing. The huts can be rented by the day from the city office.
