Hasselt Water Park was established with this in mind, because people only preserve and protect what they know and value. In the 7,000 m², naturally landscaped grounds, the water park offers an overview of the history and technology of water supply. Exhibits and information panels provide information on all topics related to drinking water, making it a sensory experience. From playful elements and historic fountains to a modern water treatment plant, visitors get a sense of how difficult life used to be and how technology has made life much easier for us.
