Here you can have a nice picnic with 8 - 10 people. If it rains, the hut offers shelter for at least the same number of people. There is even a small grill available. There is also a trash can.

This shelter was created in the course of the upcoming State Garden Show 2026. The old hut was demolished. The thicket around it was removed accordingly, so that the old line of sight between Erlengrundteiche and refuge is now available again.

If you reserve in advance, you can have a good time here with friends. The refuge has space for around 20 people. Counter is also available. There is also a fireplace and a porch swing. There is a spacious playground for the children, as well as a football field.
