Through this beautiful gate, you reach the ruins of Greene Castle, a worthwhile hiking destination. After renovations in 2024, the castle will be accessible again, but please check the opening times beforehand.

There isn't much left, but the place is really nice. Anyone who is sure-footed can walk around the fence. There are also benches for a short rest
