The outdoor pool is in an idyllic natural setting and has a beautiful lawn for sunbathing. Perfect for hot days.

According to the sign, the ponds could date from the 13th - 16th century. The ponds were filled at this time. This means that dams were built where the water could collect conveniently in depressions in the landscape. Fish farming was also a big topic for monasteries like Speishardt and Waldsassen.
