In the 18th century, Wildbad was one of the most important spa towns in Europe. It served as a health and recreation resort for the Margraves of Ansbach. The healing waters were already known in the time of Charlemagne, around 800 AD. Seven springs, stretching approximately 100 meters, gush forth here, and their waters were used to cure a wide variety of ailments.

The house has a capacity of 18 beds in four bedrooms (2/2, 1/6, 1/8 - room/beds). It also offers a group room with space for 25 people. The well-known cross oak is located in the vicinity.
