This was once a railway stop, today a rest area with historical memories.

This small hut is located in the middle of the shady Nöthnitzgrund, right next to the stream, and is a good resting place for those who do not want to use the Eutschützer Mill, which comes shortly after.

Built in 1908, the Wilischbaude originally served as a popular destination for hikers, cyclists, locals and skiers and was easily accessible via a road from Hermsdorf. However, after German reunification in 1990, the lodge increasingly fell into disrepair. In 1998, the Reinhardtsgrimma municipal council decided to preserve the landscape and structural structure in the area of the Wilisch and the Wilischbaude. Nevertheless, vandalism and a lack of financial resources prevented successful renovation.
