Water sports enthusiasts in particular get their money's worth here: there is a water ski facility, a surfing and SUP center with rentals and opportunities for sailing or fishing. Access to the bathing area is subject to a charge.

The St. Leoner See was created by gravel quarrying for the Walldorfer Kreuz motorway junction and the construction of the A6. The lake is around ten hectares in size and up to 24 meters deep. Since 1966, the body of water has been a paid bathing lake.

The Wagbachniederung nature reserve was created from the sewage ponds of a sugar factory that was shut down in 1995 and is one of the most important bird sanctuaries in Germany. Here you can watch the birds very nicely.
