The place is rotten, the hut smells burnt, and it's completely neglected. What am I supposed to do with a table in the middle that's 2 meters from the bench? I'll keep going 🙄

A lovingly designed rest area that draws attention to the history of the Oxen Trail

Rest areas with a roof are particularly important. I remember leading a bike tour where we waited for a long time in a covered shelter for the rain to stop.

The hut was open - definitely a nice alternative to bad weather or if you want to sit and watch. Otherwise you can see just as well or better from the shore in front of the door. There was little to see in January. ;-)

This hut or place is the most beautiful one on the entire Ochsenweg to the Danish border The ox skull alone with the horns is awesome.... Thumbs up 👍

Newly built shelter, good for a little break

In May the door was open. Hut is OK. Unfortunately there wasn't much to see in May. But that's not the fault of the hut 😄
