In the 1990s, this was an alternative to the swimming pool opposite. It even had a slide, walkways, and a kiosk (it's on a hillside; the foundations are still visible today). The Eichberg, a lawn for sunbathing, and the man-made sandy beach are still inviting for swimming.

Very nice and above all quiet campsite. The operators are super friendly and helpful. The food on offer is small but nice. The sanitary facilities are clean and well maintained. I also like the spatial separation between the "normal" and the cyclists with tents. Simply great. A little tip: Make sure you take cash with you, as the EC machine has a mind of its own and only works when it wants to.

Prohibition signs everywhere. The entrance was a "pig pen." I thought I was entering a fortress. 17.50 for an overnight stay, 2.50 to charge the battery. The fact that a French flag hung next to the German flag couldn't disguise the xenophobia of the owner. Non-campers weren't allowed to go to the lake and weren't given any drinks. Nice little clean lake with campsite. Ideal for families with small children, very flat in the front area and only slightly sloping. Around the lake there is a beautiful path, some of which are also quiet roads, and every now and then there are small bathing spots. Can only recommend 👍.
