There are lots of small slate stones on the ground here. With children it's fun to try to hit the trees on the slope or the stream. A great area. The slope is steep and caution is advised, especially with children.

In some places there are ropes that you can/must hold on to, good sure-footedness is necessary. Not for strollers or similar. Great adventure to the waterfall :)

The “Anxbach Höhenweg” runs above the stream. Definitely recommended for hikers! 😃

Below the fenced-in water reservoir on the Anx and Brochenbacher Grubenweg lies this wonderfully idyllic spot right next to the forest path. A few leftover tree stumps invite you to take a cozy rest right by the waterfall. Perfect place to take a break with a chill effect.

A relatively small waterfall, but very beautiful and idyllic. The water falls/flows down the mountain almost in cascades.

Laubachsmühle is a great place to take a break. From there you can continue along the Wied or start the ascent to Melsbach.
