I've only touched on Crailsheim, along the Jagst, so I can't say much about the city. But you should probably try the Crailsheimer candy "Horaffen" 🥨 In addition, the "Bürger Maultaschenfabrik" has a factory outlet with a good selection and the "Biermanufaktur Engel" with a large beer garden is not to be scoffed at either.

The small "waterfall" is a little off the path. A small bank invites you to linger.
