The opening of the hut on the west side gives a wide view of the landscape: Nindorf in the valley and the Hanstedt mountains, also called Barn, on the horizon. Visitors can immortalize themselves in the hut book. It is equipped with a lot of love and small details.

A charcoal burner hut stood here before, hence the name for the pond. Unfortunately the hut was set on fire again and again by idiots.

In the forest behind Westergellersen, walking towards Vierhöfen / Einehof, you come to Tappenshöhe in the middle of the forest. At 65.3m, it is the highest point in the Radbrucher- / Einehofer forest. In winter / when there is snow, Tappenshöhe is a great toboggan run. https://www.radbruch-einemhof.de/tappenshöhe/
