The Undeloh village pond (Hungerteich) used to be a natural phenomenon. Legend has it that something was not right in Undeloh. Undeloh means spring in the oak grove. The spring had healing properties. A fairy restored a girl's sight there. There is a display at the pond that looks like a book that describes the story.

The Gut Schnede fishing ponds are easily accessible between Hamburg, Soltau and Lüneburg. The fishing facility has 3 trout lakes with a total water area of 13,500 m². The facility is open daily from March to December.
