Recommended only in good weather. Unfortunately, it had rained before. The path was pure mud and very slippery because of the clay soil!

The fitness trail is in a wonderful location and runs in a circuit across the forest with relatively easy up and down stretches. In November weather, however, you should not wear slippery shoes, it slips quite a bit. Then once you find the first station (which gave me some trouble) it's easy to follow the trail.
