An impressive natural experience with steep rock faces that line the path along the Donnersbach. The gorge is accessible via a 3.5-kilometer-long path that is open from May to October and partly crosses narrow wooden walkways and bridges.

In Donnersbachtal, there are parking spaces at the Leitner Inn, including for bicycles, which are ideal for a tour into the gorge. The tour is signposted from here.
