The watchtower is located at the summit of the Damberg above Steyr. A corresponding cycle route is signposted from the GH Schober. The ascent via the Laurenzi chapel is only recommended for mountain bikes or gravel bikes.

Calling the fall mountain a highlight is perhaps a bit of an exaggeration. Nevertheless, you have a great view of the Ennstal from here. However, if you have made it up here from Dambach, the so-called "Höhenweg" up to the Willeitenberg begins from here, with a dream panorama.
