The round tower houses the municipal office and a castle café; the outer bailey contains apartments; the cellar of the main castle features a beautiful brick vault and is used for various club events. Rudersdorf Castle is a former manor farm with a single-story main building. It was built around 1750 by Count Emmerich Batthyány. Two corner towers were added in 1890. In 1920, the castle was acquired by the Sattler family, textile manufacturers. The castle also boasts a beautiful, shady park, perfect for a leisurely stroll. Within the park, you'll find various sculptures and impressive tree species, each with its own label.

A strange shape of the terrain draws attention to a mysterious, unfinished castle. A round plateau with a diameter of 55m, which is surrounded by a wall, forms a ring wall system. Usually a tower was erected in the middle of such "local mountains" - but this structure was never completed.
