A not too big bridge, but definitely worth visiting. It is integrated into a 17 km long hiking trail. We were there because of the bridge, however, and walked through the forest to the village of Namlos back to the hiking car park. Above the car park is the Alpine inn "Kreuz" with excellent traditional cuisine. Highly recommended 😋

A must for every cycling fan who doesn't mind a bit of gravel and rubble, as well as a very(!) steep descent. Almost impossible in winter or on slippery roads because of the gradient...

From the Lech Valley over the old Gaicht Pass (also: Gacht Pass), the path leads you further to Nesselwängle, to the Haldensee and into the Tannheim Valley.

departure church of Namlos, right over the bridge +-2.50 km you arrive at the suspension bridge. This is really a walk not too long no big differences in height good passable roads. Once in Fallerschein you can enjoy a nice breakfast or something else. I recommend this walk for people who do not walk much in the mountains, make your muscles supple again for the next walks in the mountains.

The historic, stone-built, ascending arched bridge is part of the old salt road at the Gaicht Pass. It was built in 1805. The stone foundation of the first bridge from 1550 has been partially preserved. The bridge is a listed building and is listed under object ID: 80414 in the list of listed buildings in Weißenbach am Lech.
