We hiked from Anse Royal to Dans Source Waterland. The Jardin de Roi Trail starts on the eastern side of the water reservoir and we took it spontaneously. The route is marked with pink ribbons. On the route you come across barking dogs. They are defending a property in the middle of the forest. They back away when you approach them and you can walk past the property.

If you are nearby, a detour here is definitely worth it. The waterfall is just a few hundred meters off the main road in Port Glaud. Costs 50 SCR per person. You can swim in the small pool below the waterfall.
