The weather is completely unpredictable… as always in the Faroe Islands. In my opinion, good hiking boots are a must for the climb.

Choosing the right shoes is very important here. In some cases the path cannot be walked with sports shoes etc.

Relatively easy climb, which is rewarded with a wonderful view. At the top there are also the remains of an old bunker, which probably dates from World War II. Be careful when it is wet as the steeper sections in particular can be quite slippery.

The last part to the summit can be very muddy. Great views to Klaksvik and the surrounding islands. Nice evening hike from Klaksvik.
