Very easy hike to the highest elevation in the Perg district with a wonderful view. According to legend, the large rock caves of the Burgstall are filled with gold and precious stones. The treasures are carefully guarded by little men. Once every year, on Mettennacht, the mighty rock gate opens and the subterranean realm can be entered by a person.........

Great gorge, we did it in bad weather and of course we were alone. Caution, may only be committed uphill!
